A minimum of 25 canapés per flavour and a minimum of three working days' notice is required.

  • Savoury Blini with Akaroa smoked salmon or market made gravad lax on wasabi infused crème fraiche finished with black sesame seeds.
  • Filo Cup with roasted pumpkin, feta, toasted pine nuts and sundried tomato. V
  • Pumpernickel with Duck and Herb Rillette, garnished with caper berries.
  • Fritta - Zuchini, lemon and mint garnished with feta and cherve de bellay a French goats cheese. V

Cocktail kebabs

  • Lamb Kofta with tzatziki dipping sauce. GF
  • Italian Boccocini Balls wrapped in Parma Ham fresh basil and cherry tomatoes. GF
  • Pork Ball oriental spiced with a dipping sauce. GF
  • Baked Akaroa Salmon cubes glazed with Teriyaki sauce. GF
  • Akaroa Salmon in cased in spicy Chorizo Rojo. GF
  • Chicken Satay coated in a delicious peanut sauce. GF
  • Prawn Cutlet garnished with a lemon, herb and parsley germolata. GF

Toasted Bruschetta

  • Rare Roasted Beef and Mandy’s horseradish cream.
  • Parma Ham and balsamic drizzled fig, dressed with Gorgonzola (an Italian blue cheese)
  • Beetroot and goat’s cheese on grilled People’s Bread
  • Pear and blue cheese with walnut and honey
