Cheese Platter – After Dinner (10-20 Pax, $150)

A selection from our in-house range of the best in local and imported cheeses. Our range includes French soft cheese, sheep & goat’s milk, sweet nutty Gouda, sharp Cheddar, and creamy aged blues. Our deli staff will select the perfect accompaniments – such as fresh organic dates, quince paste and date chutney, dried fruits, nuts, honeycomb and fresh grapes. Served with freshly baked bread and gourmet crackers.

Ploughman’s Platter – Lunch/Light Meal (10-15 Pax, $180)

A traditional selection of local & imported cheeses and cooked deli meats, including your choice of baked Akaroa salmon, ham off the bone, roast chicken breast, thinly-sliced turkey breast and medium-rare roast beef. Accompaniments include house-made hummus, crudites, chutneys, pesto, pickles and marinated olives, semi-sundried tomatoes, and marinated artichokes.
