– A Platter of freshly baked Sweet & Savoury Muffins, cut in half accompanied with butter
– A Platter of Fresh Sliced Seasonal Fruits

Light Lunch Menus

$12 per head, 10+ people

– A mix of freshly baked European Style Rolls or Sandwiches, filled with a variety of delicious fillings and presented on a platter

$7 per head, 10+ people

– Add a platter of Handmade Sweet Slices & Tarts, e.g. sticky lemon slice, caramel & oat tart, chocolate & caramel slice, chocolate brownie and fruit & almond tart. Garnished with seasonal berries.

$18 per head, 10+ people

A Ploughman’s Platter – A traditional selection of local & imported cheeses and cooked deli meats, such as baked Akaroa salmon, ham off the bone, and medium-rare roast beef, served with a selection of chutneys, pickles & condiments, and freshly baked bread, and gourmet crackers.

Vegan / Vegetarian Option – $20 per head

A Ploughman’s Platter – including cashew nut cheeses, housemade nut roast loaf, white bean & carrot falafels, and fresh hummus, accompanied by freshly sliced crudités and Mediterranean condiments, freshly baked bread and gourmet crackers.

Cocktail Function

$16 per head, 25+ people

Pre-Dinner Nibbles

$150 per platter, for up to 15 people

Antipasto Platter; Selected from our deli, local and imported cheeses, cured meats and salamis, hot smoked salmon, condiments, fresh grapes & seasonal berries. Served with plenty of sliced freshly baked bread and artisan crackers.

Lunch & Dinner Catering

$25 per head, 10 – 12 people

Platters of freshly made salads:
– Hearty Grain Salad
– Seasonal Vegetable Salad
– Housemade lemon vinaigrette
– Loaf of freshly baked sourdough

Platters of Kebabs, all beautifully presented & garnished. Choose 2 from:
– Lamb kofta with feta, toasted with pinenuts & fresh mint. Finished with fresh herb yoghurt dip
– Teriyaki glazed salmon, chargrilled in a rich housemade soy, garlic & ginger glaze
– Satay chicken marinated in chilli & lime, baked and dressed with a crunchy Thai-style peanut, coriander & mint sauce
– Prawn cutlets steeped in a red Thai & lime marinade, grilled & finished with a lemon & parsley gremolata

– Glazed Ham on the Bone, served with a French walnut mustard
– Lean Angus Beef, cooked medium-rare and thinly sliced, served with horseradish sauce
– Sliced Organic Chicken breast, seasoned & garnished with spicy tomato relish
– Baked whole side of Akaroa Salmon with lemon & capers, finished with a saffron & dill mayo

Brunch

$19 per head, 20-25 people

Platters of large freshly baked French Croissants with;

– French Bonne Maman berry jam & NZ butter
– Rolls of thinly sliced Ham off the bone, served with French walnut mustard
– Slices of French Emmentaler or Gruyere cheese
– Locally grown fresh rocket leaves, with aioli All catering is prepared fresh and presented beautifully on returnable white melamine platters.
