$16 per head, 10+ people
– Platters of Canapes – 4 pieces per person, choose from our Canapes Menu

$150 per platter, for up to 15 people
– Antipasto Platter: Selected from our deli- local and imported cheeses, cured meats and salamis, hot smoked salmon, relishes, dips, marinated olives, feta stuffed pepperdews, sundried tomatoes, fresh grapes & seasonal berries. Served with plenty of sliced freshly baked bread.

Wedding Party Light Lunch

$12 per head, 8+ people
– Finger Sandwiches- wholemeal bread with assorted fillings deli fillings- such as Smoked Salmon, Cucumber & Cream cheese, Egg Chive & Mayo, Beef & Horseradish. 3 fingers per person with the crusts removed.

$150 per platter, for up to 10 people
– Ploughman’s Platter: A traditional selection of local & imported cheeses and cooked deli meats, including your choice of baked Akaroa salmon, ham off the bone, roast chicken breast, thinly-sliced turkey breast and medium-rare roast beef. Accompaniments include house-made hummus, crudites, chutneys, pesto, pickles and marinated olives, semi-sundried tomatoes, and marinated artichokes. Garnished with fresh grapes, thinly sliced freshly baked bread, and gourmet crackers.

Photoshoot Picnic

$12 per head
– A Picnic Tray of Fresh Finger Sandwiches with assorted deli fillings- such as Smoked Salmon, Cucumber & Cream cheese, Egg Chive & Mayo, Beef & Horseradish. Easy and delicious to eat while your photographer has you on the move and dressed in your wedding attire. 3 fingers per person, with crusts removed.

Pre-Reception nibbles

$12 per head, 50+ people

– Antipasto Platter. Selected from our deli- local and imported cheeses, cured meats and salamis, hot smoked salmon, relishes, dips, marinated olives, feta stuffed pepperdews, sundried tomatoes, fresh grapes & seasonal berries. Served with plenty of sliced freshly baked bread.

Wedding Reception- seated, platters to be served from a buffet

$20 per head, 50+ people

– Platters of freshly-made salads with chef’s vinaigrette:
– Garden Green Salad
– Hearty Grain Salad
– Seasonal Vegetable Salad
– Platters of Gourmet Meats, all beautifully presented & garnished. Choose from:
– Glazed Ham on the Bone, served with a French Walnut Mustard
– Lean medium-rare Angus Beef, thinly slices, served with horseradish sauce
– Sliced free range Chicken breast seasoned & Garnished with lemon slices & herbs
– Sliced free range Turkey breast
– Baked Akaroa Salmon portions with lemon & capers, and a saffron & dill mayo
Add on:
– Sliced selection of European Style Breads
– Cheese platter, with a selection of local & imported cheeses
– Baked Citrus Cheesecake & French Chocolate Tart, or choose from our dessert list

Post-Wedding Catering

Day-after Brunch

$12 per head, 50+ people

Large freshly baked French Croissants with platters of:
– French Bonne Maman Berry Jam & NZ butter
– Rolls of thinly sliced Ham off the Bone, served with French Walnut Mustard
– Slices of French Emmentaler or Gruyere Cheese
– Locally grown fresh Rocket leaves, with a lemon vinaigrette
Add on:
– A side of Akaroa Hot Smoked Salmon, with Saffron & Dill Mayo
– Platter thinly sliced medium rare roast beef with horseradish
– Large platter of Seasonal local & tropical Fresh Fruits.

Day-after Light Lunch

$15 per head, 50+ people

– Baked Akaroa Salmon portions with lemon & capers, and a saffron & dill mayo
– Platters of the following:
– Garden Green Salad,
– Hearty Grain Salad,
– Seasonal Vegetable Salad
– Selection of Fresh European Breads, such as Italian Sourdough, Wholemeal Ciabatta, Turkish bread

All catering is prepared fresh and presented beautifully on returnable white melamine platters.

Working Group Catering

Working Morning & Afternoon Teas

$10 per head, 10+ people
– A Platter of freshly baked Sweet & Savoury Muffins, cut in half accompanied with butter
– A Platter of Fresh Sliced Seasonal Fruits

$15 per head, 10+ people
– Finger Sandwiches- wholemeal bread with 2 assorted fillings (crusts removed).
– A Platter of Freshly baked Sweet Bites, including bite-sized sweet treats: chocolate & caramel slice, ginger crunch, nougat, Turkish delight, Florentines and truffles, garnished with seasonal berries. Gluten-free and raw options can be accommodated.

Working Lunch Menus

$12 per head, 10+ people
– Fresh European Style Rolls, or Wholegrain Sandwich Cuts or Tortilla Wraps, or a selection of all.
– cut in half, filled with a variety of roasted sliced gourmet deli fillings

$15 per head, 10+ people
– A Ploughman’s Platter- A traditional selection of local & imported cheeses and cooked deli meats, such as baked Akaroa salmon, ham off the bone, and medium-rare roast beef, served with a selection of chutneys, pickles & condiments, and freshly baked bread, and gourmet crackers.

$20 per head, 10+ people
– A Platter of Fresh European Style Rolls, filled with assorted roasted meats, cheeses, salads, & condiments, cut in half.
– A Platter of Sweet Slices & Tarts, including sticky lemon slice, caramel & oat tart, chocolate & caramel slice, chocolate brownie and fruit & almond tart. Garnished with seasonal berries.

$25 per head, 10+ people

Platters of the following:
– Fresh Green Garden Salad, -with a vinaigrette dressing
– Seasonal Vegetable Salad
– Sliced Ham off the bone, with French walnut mustard
– Free Range Chicken with a tomato relish
– Sliced Freshly Baked, European-style Breads
